Ford Philippines announced record July retail sales that rose 8 percent year-over-year to 2,973 vehicles. “Strong demand for our full lineup of Ford vehicles is driving our continued momentum, especially for our biggest-selling nameplates including the Everest, Ranger, and EcoSport,” said Rodel Gallega, vice president, Marketing and Sales, Ford Philippines.
The Everest SUV remained Ford’s best-selling vehicle with sales growing 6 percent from a year ago to 1,002 vehicles, driving year-to-date sales to 6,770 vehicles.

The Ranger pickup truck notched July sales that jumped 31 percent year-over-year to 916 vehicles. Year-to-date sales for the versatile Ranger have increased 18 percent to 5,512 vehicles.
Available in a range of 15 variants in the Philippines, the ‘Built Ford Tough’ Ranger is the second-best selling pickup truck in the country.
The EcoSport compact SUV continued to enjoy widespread appeal in July with retail sales of 867 vehicles, helping drive year-to-date up 16 percent to 6,092 vehicles.
Ford’s North American-built models also contributed to the record July performance. Retail sales of the premium Explorer SUV delivered sales of 85 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales up 3 percent to 636 vehicles. The Mustang sports car delivered July sales of 42 vehicles, boosting its year-to-date sales up 33 percent to 222 units.
